Payment & Refund Policy
Policy
If a participant chooses to forgo any services included the retreat package reservation, they do so of their own choice and are not entitled to a refund for the services not used. This includes meals, hotel accommodations, excursions, transportation, and any other package inclusions as listed on the retreat web page.
Payments
A deposit of $750 is required to reserve your reservation. This amount will be deducted from the total retreat cost. The remaining amount will be divided up into equal monthly payments. The last payment will be made by July 1, 2026. For your convenience, please save your credit card to our Stripe for easy monthly payments. (If you do not check the box when you check out "Store this card for future purchases", we will need to contact you to get your card information. Your monthly payments will be made on the same day of the month as when you put down your deposit.
If your room or cottage will be MULTIPLE OCCUPANCY (double, triple, etc.), each person will need to make their deposit. We will contact each person once all deposits have been made.
Refunds
We can issue refunds minus the deposit(s) amount ($750) and 12% processing fees before May 1, 2026. NO REFUNDS AFTER May 1, 2026.
Due to the arrangements made with the retreat destination, we can offer no exceptions on this policy.
Travel Insurance
It is highly recommended that you consider purchasing Travel Insurance. Purchasing travel insurance through companies like TRAVEL GUARD or Trawick protects your investment in case you need to cancel (including “cancel for any reason” coverage), as well as coverage for expenses incurred due to weather & travel delays, personal property loss, and emergency medical services needed during your trip. Please review policies carefully to choose the coverage you need.
