Payment & Refund Policy
Policy
If a participant chooses to forgo any services included the retreat package reservation, they do so of their own choice and are not entitled to a refund for the services not used. This includes meals, hotel accommodations, excursions, transportation, and any other package inclusions as listed on the retreat web page.
Payments
A deposit of $750 is required to reserve your room. This amount will be deducted from the total retreat cost. The remaining amount will be divided up into equal monthly payments. The last payment will be made by August 1, 2026. For your convenience, you can choose to save your credit card to our Stripe for easy monthly payments. Your monthly payments will be made on the same day of the month as when you put down your deposit.
If your room will be DOUBLE or TRIPLE OCCUPANCY, please email us at [email protected] to give us the name and contact info of your roommate, and we will reach out to them. We will also be happy to match you with a roommate.
Refunds
We can issue refunds minus the deposit(s) amount ($750) and 10% processing fees before May 15, 2027. NO REFUNDS AFTER May 15, 2027.
Due to the arrangements made with the retreat destination, we can offer no exceptions on this policy.
Travel Insurance
It is highly recommended that you consider purchasing Travel Insurance. Purchasing travel insurance through companies like TRAVEL GUARD protects your investment in case you need to cancel (including “cancel for any reason” coverage), as well as coverage for expenses incurred due to weather & travel delays, personal property loss, and emergency medical services needed during your trip.
