Together we’ll explore what it means to truly care for your nervous system. Through the lens of yoga, sound, somatics, and simple science, you’ll learn how your inner landscape shapes your patterns of stress and safety—and how to begin working with it rather than against it.
Expect grounding movement, stillness, sound, embodied inquiry, and nourishing practices that invite real healing and restoration. We’ll provide cozy space, supportive community, and plenty of yummy snacks along the way. This isn’t just about information—it’s about experiencing what it feels like to land more fully in your body, your breath, and your life.
With a collective 33 years of teaching experience, Angie and Jacq share a deep passion for helping people feel safer in their bodies—and in the world around them. Both are dedicated to creating grounded, welcoming, and inclusive spaces where all parts of you are invited to the table. Their approach is trauma-informed, heart-centered, and sprinkled with a few good laughs along the way. At Nervous System Care Camp, you’ll be supported to unwind, reconnect, and remember your own innate resilience.
Meet Your Hosts
Jacq is a mama of 2 and a movement teacher for nearly two decades. She leads Yoga Teacher Trainings around the globe and is sought after for her illuminating wisdom, quirky sense of humor, and her unique approach to honoring the practice with deep reverence. Her teachings are inclusive, empowering, and rooted in yogic philosophy.


Angie has 18 years of yoga teaching experience and has created and taught yoga teacher trainings, mentorships, workshops, retreats, and events. Angie has studied yoga, meditation, and shamanism for over 20 years. Her classes are inspirational + light-hearted and will take you on a journey that leaves you feeling expanded and at peace.
