For over 20 years, I have practiced and studied with shamans from around the world (learning about energy medicine). For 10 years, I have been helping others find peace and healing through energy medicine as well as yoga & meditation.

With all the chaos and divisiveness, it feels like the right time to come together and experience some much needed community and healing.

We'll begin by creating sacred space by opening up the Four Directions and calling on their unique energies and strengths. Our class will flow through an all level yoga practice, integrating energy clearing and empowering practices that I have developed and that have been passed down to me. This experience will enhance your connection to your inner knowing and the heart of the Universe.

We will also experience a shamanic journey through drumming meditation.

After our journey, we'll have some quiet time to reflect and journal about our experience and ask the expanded state within us for guidance on what's going on in our lives and the world around us.

Einstein said, "You can't solve a problem at the same level of consciousness that created it". This means we need to rise out of the valley of our thoughts, opinions, conditioning, and emotions to access a more expanded perspective. One that comes with LOVE.
